Quality of mineralized water*
- pH 7-7.5
- Total mineral content – 55-65** mg/L
- Calcium – 10-15 mg/L
- Magnesium <1 mg/L
* The indicators are determined under the following conditions: inlet water temperature is 20 °Ð¡, outlet water composition and filter operation parameters correspond to the recommended by the manufacturer, water consumption intensity is appropriate for a family of three. When the inlet water temperature decreases in winter, the mineral content in the treated water may be lower, and when the temperature increases in summer, it may be higher.
** After one hour or more standing time, the mineral concentration in the first glass of water may exceed the stated value

Standard delivery:
Standard delivery is free for all orders except for some low cost/low margin items where standard delivery is £6.50. Some difficult to transport goods also have a varying carriage charge applied.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Next day delivery:
Next working day delivery is available for a £15.00 + vat delivery charge.
Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
