Grundfos KP Pumps

The KP range of pumps from Grundfos is suitable for both temporary and permanent free-standing installation, as well as installation within a collecting tank.  Easy-to-install, it’s an ideal investment for any water drainage system. Designed for the pumping of drain water or grey wastewater, the Grundfos KP is a single stage drainage pump complete with a semi open impeller.  Versatility is a key benefit of the KP, with all of the models delivered with or without a level switch designated as A, AV or M to suit either automatic or manual installation. The design of the unit is focused on being robust, constructed from quality submersible stainless steel, with the outer casing being manufactured in one complete piece. The discharge port is placed on top of the pump, with the mains cable and the cable for the level switch combined into one vulcanized and water-tight plug.  This in turn is secured to the socket of the stator housing (which is hermetically sealed).  The motor is then cooled by the liquid pumped around it.
