The Piranha PIR-09/2-W01*10-P domestic cutter pump from ABS features the unique Piranha shredding system used for reliable and economical discharge of effluent under pressure. For effluent removal from houses especially in rural areas where high ground must be overcome, or where only small diameter pipework can be laid.

Features

Unique ABS Piranha shredding system capable of shredding items such as cloths and plastic bags.
For the pumping of wastewater containing sewage, offal, organic and industrial effluent.
Piranha 08 and 09 fitted with MF modular motor
Piranha 08 and 09 available as KS version with float switch.
Piranha 08 and 09 are specially designed for private and domestic applications.
Maximum allowable temperature of the medium is 40 °C, or short term to 60 °C (max. 5 minutes)
Small discharge lines from 1¼”
Installations are possible where large ground undulations are present.
Piranha 08 and 09 have capacitor in upper lid and do not require a control box.
Low installation costs due to small diameter discharge pipework.
Thermal sensors in the stator to switch off the pump in the case of overheating and switch on automatically after cooling down
DI system consisting of a sensor in the motor and oil chambers which signals an inspection alert if there is leakage at the shaft seals

Delivery Information

Standard delivery:

Standard delivery is free for all orders except for some low cost/low margin items where standard delivery is £6.50. Some difficult to transport goods also have a varying carriage charge applied.

Deliveries will typically be made between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Next day delivery:

Next working day delivery is available for a £15.00 + vat delivery charge.

Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday but before noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
